In contrast, the woman stands stoically, dressed in a patterned, light-blue, flowing dress, as her scarf dances whimsically in the wind, and her gaze almost meets the viewer’s. She embodies and conveys resilience. 

The juxtaposition of these elements creates a scene that captures the essence of life itself — happier times can be overshadowed by burdens, leading to a melancholic outlook. This depends on what one chooses to focus on: the brighter skies or the passing burdens. Ultimately, the journey of life is indeed step by step.
